Centacare Evolve Housing Health Clinic
A Health Clinic is now available at ‘The Hub’ in Bridgewater.
This is a clinical health service provided by experienced GPs and Nurse Practitioners from All Round Health & Community Care, and can be found at Centacare Evolve Housing Office, Shop 2, 28 Green Point Road, Bridgewater, 7030.
The Hub’s health clinics will begin on Thursday 16 February 2017 and will be available every Thursday from 10am- 4pm.
The service provided at The Hub is completely bulk billed.
